Guest guest
Hello, For those interested in detoxing, I've been keeping a NON-GRAPHIC cleanse blog since starting a 28-day colon/intestinal cleanse. I'm just beginning the fourth week. This is the type of cleanse that actually expels mucoid plaque (many cleanses aren't able to do this), which lines the colon/intestinal wall to hold in toxins and can be upwards of 30 feet! I believe so much in the importance of cleansing (which is why I set my vanity aside to write a blog about it, ha, ha!) and can reaffirm that belief by the results I'm getting from this cleanse and previous ones. I really had no idea of the amount of toxins that were in my body most likely for many years (and I live a relatively clean lifestyle!), and I'm just so happy to get them out. On my first colon/intestinal cleanse I expelled approximately 16 feet of plaque! The intestines contain 70 percent of one's serotonin (the feel-good chemical hormone), and it's also considered the second brain of the body. As such, getting rid of this plaque that's clogging the colon/intestines can help immensely in our overall well-being, how healthy we really are on the inside, and can improve our quality of lives. It really is that powerful! For entries in the blog that may be a little too descriptive for some people, I've hidden them in pop-windows that you can only see by clicking on them. I also try to write it in a way that specifically answers a lot of questions about cleansing. And, when the cleanse is over, I'll put up a FAQ section to zone right in on particular areas of interest. So feel free to take a look at it if you feel so inclined! http://www.zLighthouse.org Nutrition, holistic health, yoga & spirit!
