Guest guest
Thank you so much for your warm welcome, and also thanks to everyone else who welcomed me here. I have read very interesting and informative posts. I have high blood pressure and have tried a number of different drugs in an attempt to control it, but either they give me bad side effects or they don't work after a while. I'm now at the point where I need to switch to a different drug again. Does anyone know of a natural way to control high blood pressure? Guest guest
Irene, I cured my HBP with diet. I kept a journal of what I was eating. I took my BP before eating and 1 hour after. If my BP went higher after eating, I examined what I ate and would eliminate it from my diet. The things that really caused my BP to go up was gluten and corn products. My BP is now usually running 90s/60s most days. I try to avoid gluten, corn, and do a low glycemic diet these days. Hope this helps. Guest guest
EPA fish oils can help reduce high blood pressure. Rutin, ginkgo biloba strengthen blood vessels. Hawthorn is a brilliant heart tonic which is proving more and more popular!! If your cholesterol is high eat alot of garlic, i'm suspicious of odourless garlic supplements as the odour has alot to do with it's anti-viral and anti-catarrhal activity in my opinion. , Irene Stone <irene372 wrote: > > Thank you so much for your warm welcome, and also thanks to everyone else who welcomed me here. Guest guest
I second Fish Oil. Even better would be Krill Oil. Vitamin E is also a natural blood thinner which will lower BP.
