Guest guest
This could be the Valve of Houston in the left side of the Large intestine. Placing your thumbin your belly button and spread your pinky finger toward the left hip. If the pain is under your finger tips, try massaging in a clockwise motion and see if that relieves the pain. This is actually massaging the Valve of Houstan open and you should see a difference. You can do the same thing for the Illeocecal Valve on the right side. If you have IBS or Chronic constipation...this is an excellent exercise to heal the bowel and eliminate the cramping.
