By practising Yoga, one will be able to get a strong and flexible body with added vigour and entusiasm. Pranayama, bandhas and mudras also will help distribute life energy to each and every cell evenly. And meditation helps regain lost energy and harness more and more energy from cosmic nature. No wonder, such a man will not succumb to any kind of severe illness, whatsoever it may be! (After all disease is only a cleansing process.) Any way, bronchitis is a very minor case comparing with other severe ones! Thank ou! Lx*
Guest guest
Hi Gina - what about trying B & T's Homeopathic Bronchial Syrup? Since they call it that, perhaps it would make a big difference. It sure did for me when I used to get a terrible cough a time or two a year after having pneumonia. There's a nighttime and daytime version; both are great to use. Guest guest
Hi, dairy products produce mucous in the lungs and nasal cavities and if you already have an infection you don't want to add to that. Try cutting out milk, butter and cheese while you have a cough or cold.
