My Mother in Law has just been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis.

The Dr. said over 50% of her pancreas has calcium deposits. He has

instructed her to quit drinking all alcohol, change her diet to higher

carb and lower fat/protien, and has put her on enzymes. Is there

anything else she can do? Any other suggestions would be greatly

appreciated. Also information on drinking alcohol and support to quit.

Thanks

Barb

Yes, take kombucha. It will dissolve the calcium and is a broad spectrum

antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial.

The Russians and Germans have done lots of research demonstrating the value

of kombucha as an anti-infective agent.

Barb,

If she's ready to quit drinking for her health, reading the

book 'Sober...and Staying That Way' by Susan Powter is beneficial and

gives advice on some supplements to take to make it successful.

Also, the book 'Rational Recovery' by Jack Trimpey is a must read.

Reading these books will put her in the right mindset to quit for

good, and there's no involvement with any religions or groups. I wish

her well.
