why would you want a caloric count so high? I was told that was high...

For an active person this is really very low and for a

normal activity person this is good. For an inactive

person it is high. For a person wanting to lose weight

it is about average. So the calorie content is really

based on the activity of the person and what they are

trying to accomplish. 1500 for a vegan or vegerarin

diet is excellent.
