Hi Jude!

I got mine at Globallight. My 8 0z. bottle has lasted forever because

you only need to use a few drops at a time. It's EXCELLENT for

immediate relief of nighttime leg cramps, just have it handy at the

night table. Any muscular pain due to any kind of cramping is

relieved quickly. Just be careful using near cuts, wounds, eyes,

private areas...just like salt it'll burn.

I use the Magnesium Oil, it's $18. for an 8 oz. bottle. I don't buy

the GEL because it's less concentrated and therefore less potent. I've

even massaged my husband's shoulders and back on several occassions

and I still have a half bottle left, a little goes a long way! Here's

the link:

Hello!

There's an 8 oz. bottle of Magnesium Oil for $18. on the page, this

is the only product I have used and recommend.

They also have magnesium gel, but it is a weaker formula because it

is diluted with the gel.

They have other magnesium products on the site which may be

beneficial also, but I haven't tried any of them.

Good luck!

Jean

dear friends,

i am really happy to be here, as i am a firm believer in the

alternative healing techniques.

this is my very first message to the group.

i got here from my SWITCHWORDS group.

the magnesium oil attracted me here.

i have one question about this wonderful oil.

can it be used for gums? if i remember right, a friend on the group

had recommended this oil for receding gums.

has anyone here used it for problems related to gums?

regards
