Guest guest
i believe i have this, and most likely resulted from my walking barefoot on hard flooring..soo of course one should never ever walk around barefoot, it's horrible on the feet..when i looked it up the first site i found was this http://heelspurs.com/index.html , it says it's not actually a heel spur, they're different but called the same just to simplify things....it's more a soft tissue problem, thats why it's often related to those of us with arthritis..foot pain is what started my arthritis symptoms. Im using the tape method on the site and it does help.. Loren.. herbal remedies , SpareRibOfAz@a... wrote: > Here is a copy of an email from a friend of mine... Guest guest
Here's what I found in my files: Soak your foot in hot water (as hot as you can stand it without burning yourself) several times a week or everyday if you have the time. The virus/fungus cannot survive in heat. I tried everything else from natural stuff to OTC drug store remedies and this is the least expensive, most effective treatment that worked. BTW, someone posted this on a newsgroup. Didn't believe it, but it was worth a shot. It worked. also "herbsnpets.com" <herbs Pick a growing green Dandelion, apply the oozing white sap to the warts and let it dry for two days. Internally, consume plenty of powdered Dandelion leaves and Seaweed powder - the Seaweed powder because of its high natural iodine content. #### love.. granny lee - Suzanne herbal remedies Tuesday, April 06, 2004 4:34 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: plantar fascitis If it is in the member contribution files... someone removed them with a banana peel. Guest guest
Banana PeelThis may sound funny but my oldest daughter suffered from Planter's warts and she put a banana peel on her foot at night and the wart cleared up with days. The doctor had scheduled her for surgery to have it removed and about a week before the surgery we took her back and he was amazed. We would put the banana peel on her foot - inside of the peel onto the wart and then secured it with medical tape and covered it with a clean sock The other was good tea tree oil 3 times a day. Guest guest
Being over weight can definitely aggravate it but many who get Plantar Fasciitis are not over weight and like me exercise daily. I have been walking 45-75 minutes daily and suddenly got it. Lots of people get it of all weights and exercise levels. But the less weight on your feet the better for your feet. , " Lisa Day " <day6 wrote: > > Hi Jena, > > Make sure you are not over weight. Guest guest
Anyone suffering from plantar fascitis should try out the boot that you go to sleep with. a friend of mine who has plantar told me about the boot and said it worked. Another simple remedy the doctor told him to do was get a golf ball and put on rug and roll that area of foot back and forth on it with some pressure and it loosens up the muscle. I'm starting to feel symptoms of plantar fascitis. I do it and it works. It feel so good after doing it. I try to do it every day, once or twice a day.
