Guest guest
I started taking vitamin K for bone health to avoid osteoporosis and to avoid stroke due to calcium deposites in the arteries. When I can I use K 2, it's a bit pricier but it is known to be the better form of Vitamin K. There are other benefits to this vitamin, and those in their 50's, as I am, should consider adding this to their daily supplements. It helps the calcium in your body to go to the bones and blood where it's needed and not to the arteries where it can cause blockages. Following is one of many sites which explain all the benefits of vitamin K intake. http:/www.springboard4health.com/notebook/v_k2.html Jean
