Guest guest
I have noticed that with age my fingernails have become ridged. Is there a reason for this? Are there any vitamins or minerals that would help with this condition? I cannot wear fingernail polish anylonger because it makes the ridges show even more. Thank you for helping me. Guest guest
Corrigated or ridgid nails are a sign of deficiency in the diet. Usually minerals and fatty acids. Vitamin B complex, zinc and biotin would definitely be beneficial. Jean
