Damaged finger years ago and 30 years later it hurts

I damaged the middle finger about 30 years ago. It hurt for about a

week and never gave one minutes trouble till this year. It hurts to

make a fist or bump it. The hurt is in the hand itself where the

finger attaches.

Any suggestions?

The one that appears as a difficulty...is a part of all of you..so all of you is

involved...yr life style as well

so simply....yr opposite foot toes need attention--example

little finger right hand is helper to big toe left foot...............index

toe with ring finger....by holding them

yes just hold them you can restore the energy flow that circulates through

that part....it is a continuous flow that moves throughout the body...and if

impared too much produces an attitude................an injured big toe will

produce the disharmony of anger....so hold them dearly....until a pulse is felt

that normalizes
