Guest guest
Ephedrine(EPH) is a sympathomimetic amine similar in structure to the synthetic derivatives amphetamine and methamphetamine. You will need to clean out the Ephedrine from the body and then deal with your addiction. The drug will work its way out of the system if you can stop using it. You can accelerate this by drinking lots of water or herbs/tea or vegetable juicing. Many counties have detox centers that are funded. You can be in and out of one for detox in 2-3 days. If you do not need this, skip this step. As for the addiction, rehabs are expensive and generally not funded. Try an IOP instead. IOP is intensive outpatient program. Find one that is a community program and is funded. Many are done in the evening so that people can deal with the issues and the addiction and still be home and continue to work. The success of IOP's is often as good or better than many rehabs. Community substance abuse centers should have info on all this. Or try a community mental health center for info and referrals. You can go to programs anywhere in your state. You do not have to do this where you live. I run several programs in central Florida. You are welcome to come here for the help you need. All of my programs have state and county funding.
