Natural Options for Peripheral Neuropathy?

My father-in-law had chemo awhile back & now has severe Nerve Damage

in his feet I believe it is called " Peripheral Neuropathy " . Does

anyone know of a natural help that has shown significant relief for

this issue?

 

I know little about it but know it has become a serious issue for my

father-in-law and could jeopardize his work thus financial situation.
