Guest guest
Just a quick Question (if i may) I am wondering if carrot greens are safe for human consumption. I was out getting groceries today, and whilst buying a bunch of carrots, it seemed odd that if I was buying carrots with the greens still attached, would the greens be something I could incorporate into my diet. Guest guest
I eat carrot greens. I cannot remember, who recommended them, but I grow my own carrots and have plenty of the greens, but I understand that they have to be cooked well and still are packed with vitamines...
