Basement Bugs

I am looking for a way to get rid of the creepy crawlies (bugs &

spiders) in a basement bedroom in our house. Is there a natural remedy

for these? What about an essential oil blend? I have small children so

I'd prefer to use something natural and not toxic. Thanks for your

help

Dehumidify the room first.

Vacuum to get up all dust and food crumbs. Use Hepa vacuum.

No more eating in the bedroom.

Hepa air filter for room.

Diatomaceous Earth spread around edge of room and windows.

Can use insect spray outside windows.

(If this doesn't work, move upstairs.)

I personally have had great results with peppermint & spearmint sprays.
