To my knowledge nettle is great for cleansing the blood.

If you have a good juicer you can juice wild nettle leaves

or alternatively buy the juice or tea from your local health

food store.

wheat grass is a very very good blood purifier.

in order to get the best results, grow wheat in shade

where there is no sunlight

when the plants are about six inches tall, pluck about 25 to 30

leaves, remove the root, wash nicely and then pound/crush the leaves

to get about a tablespoon of juice.

take this juice first thing in the morning with a sip of water everyday.

taking wheat grass therapy for three to six months does wonders as far

as blood purifying is concerned
