Please do Deep breathing excercises of yoga known as

pranayam. Yoour depression will end within a week. You

may not require any medicine

I do agree - I had depression and found that yoga really helped me

and enabled me to come off medication. It did take longer than a

week for me, but I credit yoga with changing my life

 

Important - if you are on medication, you must not just stop it - see

your doctor first.

both of these medications has strong side effects and I've used them both

they didn't do it for me but perhaps they will be what will work for you

I've found cymbalta to be a better option for me Judge me not for I am always
