Guest guest
Jessika, Morning sickness tea: Take a piece of fresh ginger root, grate a little bit into a tea cup and add hot water. Let steep and cool. You may add honey to sweeten. This is an excellent help for morning sickness and nausea anytime. If you don't have root then ground ginger 1/8 tsp will work. Gargle with white vinager and distilled water for the thrush. Because it is distilled, it doesn't have the sugars in it that apple cider does. Therefore it's more effective for thrush than apple cider vinager. That's what I used on all my kids and myself. Apple Cider vinegar doesn't need to be refridgerated. It's nasty because it's firmented. I take it like a shot of whiskey and then chase with some more tasty. Guest guest
Let me tell you I sure have learned the value of ginger tea since becoming pregnant. I don't know how I would have continued working without it. I like it with a little lemon and honey. Yum. But it doesn't seem to do much for heartburn, I heard apple cider vinegar would. Also I read that apple cider vinegar would help with swelling, and boy could I ever use that. I haven't been able to see my ankle bones in weeks! Just seven more weeks, give or take, and hopefully these things wont be as much of a worry for me! Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell. Guest guest
I was on Prilosec daily until I tried the apple cider vinegar and have only had a couple occasions of heart burn since then but I also drink Pomegranate juice unsweetened and it can be a bit rough on the stomach but I learnt putting lots of crushed ice in it dilutes it a bit and easier on the tummy. I did not have a real problem with fluid retention but was diagnosed with heart disease at around 50 supposedly due to bad genetics but have continued to live an active lifestyle of walking and biking for miles. I would notice that sometimes my feet and ankles would be a bit larger and for three days this summer my feet and ankles were a bit swollen but then it went away. Since taking the apple cider vinegar my ankles have never been slimmer. I love the taste but it can cause a bit of stomach upset at first that goes away soon. I would suggest diluted in a glass of water and some on the site have said adding a sweetener helps.
