Guest guest
Diet will cause a PH imbalance. So can a clogged elimination system. A balanced diet of 70% Alkaline foods and 30% Acidic foods will help. A good portion of the balancing I do with clients it to get the elimination systems open and flowing and working with PH imbalance. Also being acidic is a sign of Potassium and Magnesium defieciency.
