A few quick thoughts.

 

Get a full body CT scan to eliminate internal possibilities.

 

Get an alignment from a competent chiropractor

to see if your spine is aligned and both legs and hip joints are the same

length.

 

Get a full blood workup to see if every thing is OK, particularly a hormonal

balance.

 

Start 6 grams of fish oil a day. (3 x 2)

 

Exercise.

 

If nothing else works, find a rumatologist familiar with fibromyalgia.
