Guest guest
Ok Group I am about to start a new cleansing program. I want to add high colonics to it but I don't want to go to a salon and pay mega bucks for it. Plus this is something I would rather do in private, I am sure you all understand. I have done colon cleanses in the past with DrNatura products, which I recommend. I have also done the sea salt in 32OZ of warm water when I was on the Master Cleanse. So if anyone has any recommendations for a home colonic kit I am all ears. Thanks to all who answer. Daphne
Guest guest
I would be interested to read everybody's ideas on this. I've been doing organic-coffee colonics (I guess that's the right word), and it helps with asthma and whatever that awful sick headache is from when I eat too much/too fatty foods. I keep reading in different places that coffee is very de-toxing. As far as I understand it, the basic idea is to rinse out the entire colon, loosen everything up. I haven't read up on it much because I didn't want to get bogged down in too many details and opinions. So I read one little passage in a cleansing book and ran with that. Letting gravity make the LUKEWARM!! (you can cause serious permanent damage with hot liquids!) coffee run into the different sections of colon, I just turn my body five minutes at a time, and swish it back and forth in the middle. Does this sound about right? What exactly is a colonic " kit " ? I ordered a simple bulb syringe from some internet company. Not too easy, but it works. Not cumbersome, one advantage. Guest guest
I read that enemas only cleanse the lowest part of the intestines. For a thorough cleanse you must do it from the inside out.
