poison ivy/oak

i have a question. not sure if anyone can help or not but it cant hurt to

try. i was helping my mom around her house this past weekend. when i came to

work Wednesday morining mom's eyes were all red and swollen. she went to

the drug store and talked to someone there. they think she has poison ivy or

oak around both of her eyes. her dr's office was not open last night and she

refused to go to the hospital. does anyone know how i can help her? Please

let me know.
