The WORK of Byron Katie is a revolutionary and simple process thathelps

clear the mind by identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause

allthe pain, suffering and violence in the world. Thoughts like

" I'm not good enough " , " The world is a

dangerousplace " , " My partner doesn't understand me " run

through our minds many times aday, fostering fear, anger, stress and

depression.

 

 

 

The WORK consists simply of four questions and a turnaround, whichleads

us to experiencing the opposite of what we believe and often find

freedomtherein.

 

 

 

Byron Katie, the founder of The WORKis a 64-year old woman who after a

long period of depression and paranoiain 1986 made the discovery that

when we believe our thoughts, we suffer, butwhen we question our

thoughts, we don't. In two decades of teaching The WORK all over the

world,Katie has come to see that this is true for every human being.

 

 

 

Both the introductory presentation and theongoing group will be very

experiential and teach you how to use this simpleyet powerful process

for your own benefit, and the benefit of all other peoplein your life.

The ongoing group willprovide the opportunity to deepen your personal

process and practice using thefour questions and turnaround with each

other.

Konstanze Hacker holds a BS in Speech Sciences formUniversity College

London. She has been trained in Somatic Experiencing byDr. Peter Levine

and has been practicing Trauma Therapy over the past 9 years.She is in

the 3rd year of the MA in Transpersonal Psychotherapy atNaropa

University. She has been practicing The WORK since 2006 and hasattended

" The School for The WORK " , a 9 day intensive process led by

ByronKatie, both as a participant and a staff member.
