Guest guest
I was wondering if any you have tried the apple cider vinegar and honey drink. I would like to share my story. I'm now 75 years old and it will be three years next May that I starting drinking this wonderful drink. I had been having swollen ankles and had been to my doctor and he said that he would proberally have to put me on a medication to get rid of the swelling. I had read a lot about Apple Cider Vinegar for health and I decided I would really give it a try. About two weeks later I was back to see my doctor and I said to him. Look Doc no more swelling. I still take my apple cider vinegar and honey drink three times a day using 1 cup of hot water, two teaspoons of Apple cider Vinegar and a little honey. Another great benefit is No more Tums for my Tummy. Apple Cider Vinegar is great for digestion. My Cholesteral has gone down from 176 to 156. I know there are a lot of ways that this as helped my body because it has so many benefits. You can Google Apple cider Vinegar and that will bring up a lot of websites and you can find a long list benefits. By the way I use Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar That I purchase at the health food store. There are other brands but I find out that Bragg is cheaper and is one of the best. The apple cider vinegar that you can buy in the grocery store is worthless because of the way it is processed. It takes all the good stuff out of it. By the way I'm sure you guys remember Jack LaLanne the exercise Man. He started the Bragg health plan at the age of 15 and you should see him now as he is now over 90 years old. I saw him not too long ago on TV selling his juicers. I could go on and on but must close for now. Evelyn In Hot Mesa, AZ
Guest guest
Apple Cider vinergar also gets rid of warts!!! My husband had two on his forehead and one was really ugly and protruded about 1/2 of an inch. I put it on a small piece of cotton ball keeping it about the size of the wart then would cover it with a water proof bandaid and he slept with it on taking it off every morning. Be careful not to get too much on the surrounding skin it can cause it to 'scab' up. The acid in the apple cider vinegar kills the wart virus and gradually kills it. Takes longer for bigger warts but if it is a small one it doesn't take long at all. It will scab up, turn black and fall off on it's own. Don't pick at it as there will be a bigger scar. If you leave it alone you may end up with a little really light age spot looking scar but my husbands went away with time. From what I've read and understand it works on any kind of wart. Just thought I'd share that in hopes it would help someone out there and they wouldn't waste money on the over the counter products.
