Guest guest
Hello everyone. I am new here and have not introduced myself to you all. My name is Greg and I am 42 years old with two sons, two stepsons, and two step grandsons. I guess that things come in two's for me huh? I love animals and have 9 pets. 5 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and one dog. I live in Southwestern Va. Right smack dab in the middle of the mountains. We are a little behind on sophistication and technology but that is alright with me as long as our children are being edgucated properly. The main reason I am posting is that I am trying to detox. Especially my digestive tract. I have done some research and I do alot of fibers and water. I read that water was the best detox there is. The thing is to take your weight and divide it by two and that is how many ounces you should drink a day. That is a lot for me 130 ounces. Has any body else got any other tips for detoxing the entire systom. I read that when John Wayne died he had 40 lbs of undigested meat in his system and I do not want that for me. Greg. Guest guest
Hi Greg There are many ways to detox your body. Organic fresh fruit and vegetables being the most obvious due to their high water content. This combined with herbs like milk thistle, nettles, dandelion, aloe vera and goldenseal are all good! Green leafy veg, blue green algaes and other green foods like wheatgrass barley grass and other green grasses due to their high chorophyll content are very well documented and known to cleanse the body. Having said that there is one other method that is known to surpass even all of those and that is zeolite minerals which you can find at www.yogiraw.com Zeolites combined with all of the things I've already mentioned will remove all toxins from your body and should stand you in good stead! Other useful methods for detoxifying are skin brushing and deep abdominal breathing. I've recently set up a group which I would like you to join. It's called The positive health group. I am going to post up links about health and wellness and hopefully gather a community of people who share similar interests so that they may share their experiences. Check it out here! http://health.ThePositiveHealthGroup/ I hope this helps Please let me know how you go Christopher

You can take grape seed extract according to directions. (Not to be confused with grape FRUIT extract.) Another herbal remedy that cleared my digestive tract very well was a tincture of wild yam and fennel by Gaia. That was several years ago and I cannot find this combination anymore, but you can buy one bottle of each tincture and combine them in a measuring cup with a spout and stir well, then pour back into the bottles and label. 1 dropper full 3 times a day. After about 4 bottles of this remedy, I could not believe how well it worked. It took awhile but after I was emptied out, my stomach went down about 4 inches and I have never got it back. You will know when the digeative tract empties out finally, there will be a top to bottom feeling of all the matter leaving at one time. What this remedy does is cause the digeative juices to work as they should in a healthy body. With all the crap we eat, none of us know what a healthy body feels like. Lots of apple juice, unsweetemed amd unfiltered helps too. Are you near Marion, Va? Love, Cecile >
