Guest guest
Most definitely soda pop is bad for you. Every soda pop consumed increases your chance for obesity by 60%. The carbonation leeches the phosphorus from the bones, so that they become brittle and easier to break. Phosphorus and calcium combine in the makeup of bone matter. You need calcium to build bone and phosphorus to hold the bone together. Not only do they leech phosphorus, the processed and artifical sugars are extremely hard on the adrenals, kidneys, live and stomache. Colas and other sodas are linked to Leaky Gut Syndrome and malabsorption along with Type II diabetes etc. All in all soda pop, articial sweetners, carbonation are all toxic to the body and create a pandoras box of health issues. Not worth consuming them in the long run. http://blog.360./blog-ON3AJAIjeq9OoseKRPLpiRrR?p=821 http://blog.360./blog-ON3AJAIjeq9OoseKRPLpiRrR?p=702 Jenny Kernan --- Shyam Chandel <chandel_shyam wrote: > Dear Sir > please provide more details how carbonated drinks/or > phosphates in the drinks affect bones . Guest guest
As you probably know, your bones are made up mostly of calcium and phosphate. Sodas contain phosphoric acid. When you have an imbalance in the calcium/phosphorus balance in your system (and particularly in the acidic environment caused from soft drinks) the calcium is leached from your bones in an effort to regain the balance. I also consider the huge amounts of sweeteners and/or artificial sweeteners contained in soft drinks to be unhealthy. These drinks do not add anything good to our bodies. That being said, plain carbonated water, (which is just CO2 added to the water), should not be a problem. This is basic carbonation. There is a science project some kids do in school, dropping teeth into cola and seeing how long it takes before they are dissolved. Yuck!
