In my younger days they called it nervous stomach,

then spastic colitis, then Irritable bowel syndrome.

As they learned more about the disease they changed

the name accordingly.

 

When I got a colonoscopy they saw sores in my colon so

they now call it Non-specific COLITIS.

 

I control my colitis with a high fiber diet and

drinking a lot of ginger/chamomile tea. I gave up on

the medical doctors as their medicine caused me more

problems than they cured.
