I don't know what you are actually asking in this question. If you have

celiac disease or an allergy to wheat, that has nothing to do with fiber.

You need to eat fiber. But if you have CD you must follow a strict diet or

you continue to do damage to your intestines.

BTW, spelt has wheat :-((

You don't have to eat wheat products to get fiber from

grains. Oatmeal, rye, barley etc all have fiber and

rotating them will make a difference. Coconut Oil or

sesame oil are very beneficial for helping with any

sort of bowel issues. Soy is hard on the bowel and

causes distress with gas issues. Sprouted nuts and

sprouts are also beneficial if you cannot eat gluten

or wheat foods. Whey is also easier on the bowel and

digestive system than other dairy products as the

parts of dairy that are irritating are removed from

Whey.
