Guest guest
I don't know what you are actually asking in this question. If you have celiac disease or an allergy to wheat, that has nothing to do with fiber. You need to eat fiber. But if you have CD you must follow a strict diet or you continue to do damage to your intestines. BTW, spelt has wheat :-(( HTH Denise And I will also try what was mentioned here although it says i > should be having alot of fiber, this concerns me as I was told no wheat > what > so ever (and have noticed the bloating is not so much there if i stay away > from wheat bread so i eat spelt bread) > Anyway could you please let me know if what i am doing is making me worse > or > better as i am really trying to stay off the medication, avoid the > colonoscopies (they hurt) and heal my colon so I know longer have this > disease. > > Peace, Love & Light > Tobi M. >
Guest guest
You don't have to eat wheat products to get fiber from grains. Oatmeal, rye, barley etc all have fiber and rotating them will make a difference. Coconut Oil or sesame oil are very beneficial for helping with any sort of bowel issues. Soy is hard on the bowel and causes distress with gas issues. Sprouted nuts and sprouts are also beneficial if you cannot eat gluten or wheat foods. Whey is also easier on the bowel and digestive system than other dairy products as the parts of dairy that are irritating are removed from Whey.
