Guest guest
are you sure she didnt pinch or pull something? I'm a licensed massage therapist here in IL and to me that is something I would offer as well, maybe have a therapist look at it? Guest guest
you dont have to have swelling or having it be hot so it also could be a blood clot or cellulitis! In a nut shell, another suggestion would be to take her to her local doctor and they could offer an MRI cause at 54 it would be a good suggestion? If it gets really bad it is called sciatica. Ask her to lie on her back on the floor with a shallow pillow under the head, you kneel at her feet facing her. Place your thumbs on the underside of her inner ankle bones such that your hands are across the ankle joint/across the tops of her feet. Holding the ankles bring them together so that the thumbs approximate, and you can easily see if the legs are level or not. If not, go to www.allergiesmaykill.con and use the navigation bar to find low back pain, which has an exercise to equalise leg difference, for free; The buy sign is not live yet so use the email address on the allergy page to let me know you are interested, and Ill send you a copy.
