Jenny - no <smile> These phrases are used not to startle or to terrify but,

to avoid come-back! Re-look at who is advocating such. You will find that

it is mostly the alternative...and, also, the 'new'. The world has

apron-stringed to the US of A to such an extent that litigation is the norm.

The

admonishment to 'check it out' is to obviate come-back by the litigious.

 

The ever-greedy lawyers have invented this world and now everyone, every

country is on that band-wagon. Sad times...
