Severe Stomach Cramps

Dear Kismetsmine,

A bath with super saturated Epsom Salts should help relieve your stomach

cramps as it will relax the muscles. If you have an obstruction, you should

follow

your husband's advice. Those who love us most have the best insight into what

we need, even beyond our own self-knowledge. I found the super saturated

Epsom Salts bath even help to elevate my pain when I had a kidney stone! (Supper

saturated = putting Epsom Salts into the water until no more will dissolve).

If there is an issue, below the stomach you can try some self stomach

massage. Between your belly button and your right hip bone (45 degree angle),

there

is a valve which is where the small intestines stop and the large intestines

start. Below that valve towards the hip is your appendix, if the pain is located

here get to the hospital immediately!

However, if you don't have pain then, you need to start at the valve and make

an " S " movement over it, allowing the pressure to release from the small to

large intestines. Starting at the point of the valve make small clockwise

circular movements, moving up the side to the ribs, then across from right to

left

to the other side at the ribs, then down to the left hip, then dip below the

bladder to the pelvic bone and stop mid way (A large clockwise circle). So

there are small clockwise movements in a larger clockwise circle around your

belly. Follow the same path with a flat hand and deeper pressure, scooping at

the

corners, being sure not to do anything that is painful. Then again follow the

same path with light rubbings for as many times as it feels good.

Blessings...

Rachel
