Guest guest
I have a related question. I am 52 & been gtting hot flashes but usually centerd on my face & upper body & they don't last long. This morning, my toes felt like they were on fire for about 2 hours! Was that a hotflash in my feet? Frizz
Guest guest
You are experiencing hormonal fluctuations, indeed! Welcome to the Power Phase of life, Fizz. Hot flashes centered on the face and upper body could be Belladonna, Sulphur or Calc Carb, to name a few potential homeopathic remedies. Your local homeopath can help you to determine which is the correct one for you. Each remedy has its own specific characteristics which are matched to the client's symptomology. Good luck, hot toes. Guest guest
Hormone imbalance and the stressors on the body will also contribute to hot flashes etc. I use Quantum Biofeedback to keep all of that balanced and use the most complete EFA Supplement available, Nelson's Fatty Acids along with Cal-Mag Complex(the best calcium on the market). Then I add VIBE which is vitamins, amino acids etc. The body aborbs supplements in a chain effect: If the body doesn't absorb Fatty Acids, then it will not absorb Minerals, no minerals then no Vitamins, no Vitamins then no Amino Acids...and goes on from there. Imbalance is then created and malabsorption takes place. You can take all the supplements you want, but if you are not taking the proper ones to help the others bind and absorb, you are wasting your money. This imbalance can be corrected via diet and destressing, making sure the elimination systems of the body are flowing and working in tandem. When the elimination system is not working properly, then the whole of the body is effected and we get nasty symptoms of very unpleasant Dis-ease in the body. After balancing then you would add in homeopathics, other supplements, exercize and meditation on a daily basis.
