Guest guest
Dear Ann you wrote: My name is Anne. I have been a lurker for sometime now and have finally got the courage to ask for help. I am 51 years old and feel like crap. I fell older than I should and am tired of it. I know most of it is nutritional problems and lack of exercise. I contacted some professionals in my area but I can not afford it. My problems are too many to list here but if any knowledgeable people can help please email me off group. A HUGE " Thank You " ahead of time. This group has been great. Dear Ann, Check out this website and see if the list of symptoms matches: _www.stopthethyroidmadness.com_ (http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com) Nutrition and lack of exercise can be difficult hurdles on their own. I've found that most of my clients would like a single step which will help them the most. First step would be to replace all your liquids with water only for at least a month. It's as simple as it gets and will help you to move onto other steps. Second step, reduce the amount of foods you eat that come in a package and increase the amount of food that is raw. Of course if you just can't manage either of those, try getting a regular massage, at least once a week. The reduction of stress will elevate a whole score of symptoms, although it isn't cheap. Most people find that if they give up their daily Starbucks fix, they have more than enough to pay for their weekly massage. A less expensive alternative route, is to find a Reiki exchange group. My local group takes any newcomers and will teach them. We all bring a vegetarian " snack " and plan to spend a couple hours giving and receiving Reiki. My Reiki exchange group only meets monthly.
