Guest guest
Dear Peggy, I think you dont sit in a right way...try to sit with your back close to the chairs back, so you sit on your glutieus muscle and not on tail bone. Try also to stand up for a few seconds every half an hour, do some exercises to make the regional muscles stronger so they protect (thats their mein job) your bones. I have started having pain in that area for the last 4 months.. seems if I sit too long it bothers me more..so I've tried to be moving around more.. and changing postions when I do have to sit.. I didn't know others were having this..and if so.. do you know what causes it? and how to get rid of it? thanks in advance for any help. Peggy Fussy? Opinionated? Impossible to please? Perfect.
