Guest guest
I have suffered with it for years. Sometimes its severe and sometimes just mildly annoying. It comes and goes at random times. I use a saline nasal spray when It comes. Some say its an inner ear problem. I believe mine is the result of my TMJ, which was caused by an orthodontist when I was a teenager. The only thing that really seems to make mine go away ( most of the time) is laying down and being very still and going dead asleep. When I wake up it is gone, with nothing but a mild headache left. There are treatments for it. Like a movement therapy, I am not sure what its called. A Dr. will stand you up and then sway you quickly to the side, kind of laying you over. This is supposed to re-align the hairs in your ear canal. I believe some of the dizzyness comes from your inner ear being stopped up, it also maybe a result of a vitamin deficiency. Hope this helps.
