PRESS RELEASE: 11th October, 2005

 

TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY because, in a Democracy, the People

Rule. This means that SOVEREIGNTY (the ultimate authority to make and

impose laws) lies with the People, themselves, as opposed to in an

" OLIGARCHY " where power is in the hands of an exclusive Elite and the

People are subjugated.

 

As TRIAL BY JURY goes, so goes DEMOCRACY.

 

Australia's Elite (of Bankers, Judges and Political Overlords) are

systematically abolishing our RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY in order to

eliminate our only means of resisting oppression and fighting back

against any arbitrary " laws " the Elite choose to impose. Legislation

doing away with our RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY has actually been

instigated by our Parliaments. Judges in our Courts are denying us our

RIGHT to TRAIL BY JURY. These are acts of OUTRIGHT TREACHERY and fly

in the face of Due Process and the Rule of Law.

 

The Australian People must be made aware of their PERIL, for their

own sake and that of their children.

 

Next Tuesday, the 18th of October, in the Lancelot Room of the

Castle Hill RSL, the FULLY INFORMED JURY ASSOCIATION will be launched

here is Australia, with the sole objective of teaching every man,

woman and children that they have an inalienable, constitutional and

inherited RIGHT to TRAIL BY JURY, which for many centuries has been

the foundation stone of LIBERTY and JUSTICE.

 

F.I.J.A. began in Montana, USA, some 15 years ago and has grown to

a prestigious organization with branches in every State. Their website

is http://www.FIJA.org . They engender the same Spirit of Freedom

which rose up when the British took away their RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY

and is immortalized in their DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. Today, they

work tirelessly to defend their countrymen against that same denial of

RIGHTS - this time from a domestic enemy of Bankers, Judges and

Politcial Overlords.
