question re: acne, puberty and growth

I am new to this group here and I need advice and thought this would

be a good place to ask.

 

I have a 12 year old son dx. with autism. His hormones are beginning

to rage and his face is really paying the price-lots of acne. Is

there some gentle way-no steroids (I know I'm talking to the right

group) to treat the pimples/acne?

 

Situation 2: My 9 year old daughter is developing very early.

Ironically, she has been organic and hormone free most of her life.

She is about 4'6 " tall and the dr. said she won't grow much after she

gets her period-maybe an inch or two at most. I am all of 4'11 " but

I'm afraid she won't even get to that height at the rate she is

developing.

 

Is there anything natural I can give her to 1) speed up her growth

process before she gets her period and/or 2) push off puberty without

wreaking havoc with her hormones.

 

Would Dr. Brewitt be helpful and if so, where can she be reached?
