Guest guest
Dear Venkat, You may first check with an alternate healer or nutritionist whether you have any health problems that is preventing you from gaining adequate health. If you are fit, your BMI (Body Mass Index) is ok, and you don't feel tired or fatigued, then you must not be so concerned about weight. You could try yoga exercises which will increase your digestive powers and also stimulate the glandular system so that you can improve your appearance naturally on your existing diet with slight modifications as suggested by JoAnn and others. If you find yourself always worrying about your health, you tend to loose weight despite good intake of food, suffer from frequent colds, feel tired and exhausted after moderate activity then you should consult an alternative practitioner at the earliest. Regards, Jagannath.
