Guest guest
Dear Group, If you have decided that you know what is wrong with yourself and you have decided that your options to treat yourself have been sifted down or limited down to one or two, I think that the best course of action for you is to try the one or two options on yourself rather than ask the group at that point. What underlying causes that produce a symptom in one person may be a different underlying condition causing a similar symptom in a different person. If you want help with a symptom or disease and want help from the group, I think that a better approach would be to describe as much as possible about relevent things about yourself and relevent things about your symptoms and then hopefully the group can direct you to help you find resources to read, so that you can become educated about your own health and your own health issues. In that way, we have a much better chance of not only resolving our present health issues, but we hopefully understand how your present health situation came about, what went wrong and why, so hopefully we can learn from our mistakes and make corrections in the future. When we learn what is going on and why, and how we can heal ourselves it carries over to other areas of our health. We become educated about health, we become educated about ourselves. Little by little we become educated and empowered to take control of our own health. Usually, no one else can do a better job for us in understanding or evaluating our own health. That requires that we self educate our selves. It is similar to the old - give the person a fish or help teach them to fish choice. In the case concerning our health it is even more important because we may think that we need a fish because most say that is the answer, but in fact maybe we need an oyster, or a clam to heal because we are individualy unique. Education or paying others for in-depth expertise are the best answers. But education is something that once learned is with you always.
