I took an antibiotic for my ears

didnt work if you ask me. They still ring. He also prescibed something

for allergies. I said the name last time and i received an email back

saying i couldnt say that here.

 

what is a natural cure for allergies. I dont even think i have

allergies. I only have stuffed up nose sometimes and my left ear rings.

 

I take a multi, vitamin c, kelp, lecithin, and flax seed oil.

Ive never done a cleanse of any kind really but confused about which

kind to get . I see those 2 infomercials on tv all the time and it

doesnt sound too bad.

 

My head also feel like its cloudy like i have a just woke up feeling.
