Meryl, and their minor children will divest their holdings in

individual municipal bonds and their stock in Endo Pharmaceutical

Holdings, Inc., of Chadds Ford, PA.

 

" In a Jan. 21 letter to DHS' ethics office, Chertoff further promised

that his wife would resign her position as vice president and

legislative counsel of the Trenton, NJ-based lobby and public

relations firm of Nancy H. Becker Associates. "
