Edit your postings

Dear Group,

 

To all who cannot edit their postings when responding to a message

will find that their messages do not get approved in this group. When

it continues, we just change your status to " unable to post to group "

type membership. I am very tired of having to edit messages for

members who can't seem to follow the rules.

 

I have asked a hundred times for all to edit their messages, but all

to no avail. This is simply standard procedure for posting in groups.

If you are going to post in groups, please learn some posting etiquette.

 

At the very least, every reply posting in response to a message has to

have this " tail " cut off that is put on automatically by servers

at the bottom of each message from the group. Otherwise the message

winds up with 2 sets of the same " tail " and becomes a pain to those

who receive messages in digest form.
