I too have found that by giving my bodies cells what they need, as far as organic raw fruits and veggies, I am alot less hungry and have lost almost 35 lbs over the last two years. I now am 5'6'' and weigh in at 132 lbs. My eating habits consist of about 60 to 70% raw on a daily basis, and I always start my day with fresh carrot,apple juice, sometimes adding cilantro and other greens as well.
