On July 27th a massive act of Treason was committed against

the American people by the US Congress which suspended the

rules of the House by leaving the vote on CAFTA open after

no more time appeared on the clock til they could bribe

enough people to change their votes in order to " win " by

" passing CAFTA " even though it had been legitimately DEFEATED.

 

CAFTA is PRELUDE TO FTAA WHICH IS EVEN WORSE:

Vilius Brazenas, a Lithuanian/American who has the wisdom

born of having survived both the Russian and Nazi occupations

of Lithuania, which drove him out in 1952 whereupon he

become an American citizen who recently moved BACK to Lithuania

in an effort to try to HELP his people.

You will see from his article that Brazenas really

thoroughly UNDERSTANDS what the FTAA has in store for Americans.

 

He understands it through the lens of his childhood

experiences in having to contend with occupations by both

communists and Nazis in his country which caused him to flea to

America.

 

He understands it through the lens of having really studied

the EU, and he fully realizes what we ALL must fully

realize: FTAA is intended to be a carbon copy of the EU

Dictatorship, its not about " free trade " its about DESTROYING our

sovereignty, and with it, literally ALL of the rights and

freedoms we have come to enjoy under our Constitution.

 

The FTAA is about the DESTRUCTION of individual rights, its

about crushing our health freedom and ALL of our freedoms

under the jack booted, iron fisted banner of slavery. Its

about multinational corporations running totally AMOK, (if we

LET them.)

 

WHAT WE MUST DO NOW

 

We just lost CAFTA by ONE VOTE:

We have no way of knowing how long it will take Congress to

drop a bill that would get us into the FTAA, but we should

assume they MIGHT try it sometime within the coming year

because they know we're waking up, they saw that via the

CAFTA fight.

 

WE MUST OVERCOM OUR BIGGEST ENEMIES: THE PHARMA DOMINATED

VITAMIN TRADE ASSOCs

 

The Coalition for Health Freedom

you by getting Congressman Ron Paul to generate a " Dear

Colleague " letter to the rest of the House of Representatives

alerting them to the concerns of vitamin consumers about the

harmonization language contained within CAFTA, but he was

largely NEUTRALIZED by a countering " Dear Colleague " letter

disseminated by Congressman Chris Cannon (R-UT) who was

USED by the pharma dominated vitamin trade associations to do

SPIN against our message.

 

I don't know about you, but that ANGERS me, and I'm NOT

GOING TO TAKE IT!

 

Who the HELL do the people in the front offices of CRN,

NNFA, AHPA and IADSA think they are to turn their BACKS on the

American people who helped them by passing DSHEA in '94???

 

What we need to do is to make the EFFORT and take the TIME

to EDUCATE the owners of NNFA member health food stores to

the fact that they're being LIED TO by NNFA (and the other

trade associations). Ditto for vitamin company members of

these trade associations.

4) Paul Taylor's Article: The Growing Threats to DSHEA

Paul is in a process now of updating this excellent article

with new US bill numbers, but the info it contains re the

harmonization language in the FTAA trade agreement and how

it threatens to harmonize us to DSHEA is the main thing in

it that I want to call your attention to. Your help is

needed to show this to health food stores, vitamin companies and

congressmen that are being lied to by NNFA on the Codex

issue.

 

5) Any member of congress who voted for CAFTA and who does

not RECANT and admit that they violated their oath of

office and who doesn't agree in advance to oppose FTAA must be

organized against and driven from office, especially such

traitors as Senator Hatch and Congressman Cannon.

in the form letters in opposition to several bad bills which

threaten DSHEA, but as you're doing this keep in mind that

stopping FTAA must remain our top priority because only 4%

of bills that are introduced ever become law and FTAA will

be the biggest threat once a bill is dropped that would lay

it on us.
