Regarding health, including mental health, President Bush in 2004 called

for the creation of a national electronic patient health record system

by 2014. Not only will this allow physicians to share important

information regarding our health, but it will eventually be used by the

power elite as a means of population monitoring and control. The

American people should resist the use of mental health screenings to

further these goals, and U.S. Rep. Ron Paul's " Parental Consent Act of

2005 " (H.R. 181) should receive even greater public support in this

regard.

 

One way to show such support is by signing The Liberty Committee's

petition in support of H.R. 181, which will be given to House Speaker

Dennis Hastert and House Majority Leader Tom DeLay. As of August 4, 2005

the petititon has been signed by nearly 10,000 people, and it reads as

follows: " The American tradition of parents deciding what is best for

their children is under attack. Powerful corporations, institutions, and

politicians are quietly moving to have the federal government implement

universal mental-health screening of children. This would likely lead to

the forced drugging of children. The New Freedom Commission on Mental

Health (a presidential commission formed in 2002) is the front group for

this attack on the family.

 

Michael Hogan, chairman of the commission and director of the Ohio

Department of Mental Health, thinks universal screening is a good idea.

It's just that Mr. Hogan fears recommending it now is 'a little

premature and probably controversial' although it 'might be the right

thing to do.' (CHRISTIAN SCIENCE MONITOR, January 20, 2005) A little

premature? Probably controversial? You bet it is ! No parental consent?

The right thing to do? No it is not ! I strongly urge you to schedule a

vote on H.R. 181---Parental Consent Act of 2005 and support its passage.

H.R. 181 would prohibit the use of federal funds for any universal or

mandatory mental-health screening program. Congress and President Bush

can act quickly when they want to act. In 2003, the Do-Not-Call

Implementation Act was passed by Congress and signed by President Bush

in less than six weeks. You acted quickly to stop telemarketers from

calling people at home. Act just as quickly now to block the forced

mental health screening of children. "

 

The power elite, which was mentioned at the beginning of Part 18 and

which is moving us ever closer to world government, also at times likes

to " set up " people. For example, in the early 1930s, Pennsylvania

Governor Gifford Pinchot (Skull & Bones member mentioned in Part 11 of

this series) was worried about the popularity of patriotic Marine

General Smedley Butler. Pinchot persuaded Butler to run for the U.S.

Senate, but then secretly backed his primary opponent. In Jules Archer's

THE PLOT TO SEIZE THE WHITE HOUSE, one finds that " Paul Comly French of

the PHILADELPHIA RECORD revealed that Governor Pinchot had set Butler up

for defeat to eliminate him as a political threat. " Shortly after this

occurred, General Butler delivered a speech stating: " War is just a

racket....Only a small inside group knows what it is about....It is

conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the

masses.... "

 

General Butler's speech correctly revealed the attitude of the power

elite toward the masses. British Lord Esher (one of Cecil Rhodes' key

implementers of his secret society's plan " to take the government of the

whole world " ) wrote in his diary on August 3, 1917: " No American is

likely to be killed (in the First World War) before November. This is

unfortunate, as (President) Wilson may require to be steadied before

then and only the death of young Americans can ensure him stability. "

Esher also wrote: " No one can truly say that the sufferings of the world

have been in vain, for they have regenerated all nations, and ours in

particular. Can there be any doubt but that the war has made for

progress and not for retrogression? " Concerning the American power

elite's attitude about this, Lord Esher wrote in his diary on August 11,

1917: " Mr. Henry Morgenthau asked me to call on him....(He) was one of

the principal supporters of President Wilson in the campaign for the

Presidency, and he possesses the friendship and confidence of the

President....They are ready to sacrifice the lives of American

citizens....Mr. Morgenthau realizes the importance upon the morale of

the French army and the French people of cementing the Alliance by

shedding American blood at the earliest possible moment. If many lives

have to be sacrificed, the influence upon the American people can only

be beneficent. " Henry Morgenthau, Sr. was a founding member of the

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which both Professor Carroll Quigley

(Bill Clinton's mentor at Georgetown University) and Arthur Schlesinger,

Jr. (CFR member and Harvard University professor) described as a " front "

for the power elite.

 

Another key figure implementing Cecil Rhodes' plan, Arnold Toynbee,

delivered a speech (not long before General Butler's speech) to the

Institute for the Study of International Affairs at Copenhagen, in which

he revealed: " We are at present working discreetly with all our might to

wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of

the local nation states of the world. All the time we are denying with

our lips what we are doing with our hands, because to impugn the

sovereignty of the local nation states of the world is still a heresy

for which a statesman or publicist can perhaps not quite be burned at

the stake but certainly be ostracized or discredited. " This was

published in the November 1931 edition of INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, the

journal of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the British

branch of the CFR.

 

A few years later, U.S. Secretary of War Henry Stimson (Skull & Bones

member who initiated George H. W. Bush into Skull & Bones) wrote in his

own diary on November 21, 1941: " President Roosevelt brought up the

event that we are likely to be attacked perhaps (as soon as) next

Monday, for the Japanese are notorious for making an attack without

warning, and the question was how we should maneuver them into the

position of firing the first shot. "

 

The power elite wants to reduce the population of the earth. Prince

Philip of England has been head of the World Wildlife Fund and the World

Wide Fund for Nature, and he has used his affiliation with the World

Wildlife Federation to preach population control. He has even been

reported to have said that if he were reincarnated, he would come back

as a virus to reduce the population. In addition to viruses, genetically

modified foods are becoming more prevalent and will not only result in

more allergies but also human immune deficiencies, which will cause

deaths. For those who survive, the power elite wants to tell them what

to do (e.g., requiring " voluntary " service in order to graduate from

high school, gain college admission, and obtain employment).

 

In case you think all this sounds like George Orwell's " Big Brother " and

the fulfillment of Biblical End Times prophecy, note the following May

12, 2005 exchange on Alex Jones' talk show between the host and Bergen

County, NJ, Chief of Police Jack Schmidig who has an implanted

Verichip----

 

Jones: " In ten years if they say you've got to use this (chip) to buy

and sell, you said you're happy with that, Chief. "

 

Police Chief: " I wouldn't object to it. "

 

Jones: " And you have to have this mark to buy and sell---you're saying

if that happens, you don't have a problem with it. "

 

Police Chief: " I don't. " According to an Associated Press article, " Cub

Foods experiment with fingerprint checkout " (BRAINERD DISPATCH, May 16,

2005), in early May 2005 grocer Piggly Wiggly Carolina Co. said it would

provide fingerprint checkout at 80 stores in the Southeast. The system

was made for the grocer by biometrics company Pay By Touch, which said

later in the year its system will be at other national retail chains.

Warning about this, Beth Givens (director of the Privacy Rights

Clearinghouse in California) remarked: " It's unfortunate that people are

willing to sacrifice their privacy for convenience. This gets people

used to taking their fingerprints. Little by little we are losing our

sensitivity to the collection of very personal data. "

 

At this point, one might say that the American people love freedom too

much to submit to the designs of the power elite. However, it seems that

another terrorist attack in the U.S. could change that. U.S. General

Tommy Franks was interviewed by CIGAR AFICIONADO (December 2003) and

said that another terrorist attack inflicting heavy casualties " (would

cause) our population to question our Constitution and to begin to

militarize our country in order to avoid a repeat of another

mass-casualty-producing event....In a practical sense, the people will

demand that the Constitution be abandoned in favor of a military

government for protection. " As U.S. Rep. Ron Paul stated in " It Can't

Happen Here " (the heading of his December 20, 2004 newsletter): " We are

not yet living in a total police state, but it is fast approaching. The

seeds of future tyranny have been sown, and many of our basic

protections against government have been undermined....We ought to be

concerned that we have laid the foundation for tyranny by making the

public more docile, more accustomed to government bullying, and more

accepting of arbitrary authority---all in the name of security. Our love

of liberty, above all, has been so diminished, that we tolerate

intrusions into our privacy that would have been abhorred just a few

years ago....Those who believe a police state can't happen here are poor

students of history. Every government, democratic or not, is capable of

tyranny. We must understand this, if we hope to remain a free people. "

 

Tom DeWeese (president of the American Policy Center) in " Agenda 21 or

Freedom 21: Making the right choice " (THE ECOLOGIC POWERHOUSE, June

2005) writes about a controlled society, and comments: " Control today

has a name---Agenda 21. This is the name of a policy document that was

first unveiled at the United Nations' Earth Summit in 1992.

Implementation is through a policy called Sustainable Development. This

program is now the official policy of the United States, and is being

systematically imposed in every single state of the Union, and in every

city and town. There are very few exceptions....Children will be taken

care of every day---in public education centers, that not only provide a

centrally planned curriculum, but also provide for all physical and

mental health needs....If you choose freedom, then there is a counter to

Agenda 21 and its Sustainable Development program. It's called Freedom

21, and it's quickly growing into a 'freedom movement.' Freedom 21 is

not an organization. It is a loose coaliton of groups and individuals

who believe that our nation's Founding Fathers had it right, when they

established this nation as one with tightly controlled reins on

government. The Founding Fathers believed that all individuals were born

with their rights of individual liberty, and that government's job is to

protect those rights, as individuals pursue their own dreams and goals.

That's the basis for the Freedom 21 agenda. " The Freedom 21 National

Conference for this year (2005) occurred July 14 to 16 in Reno, Nevada.

Unfortunately, a blow to freedom around the world occurred on June 17,

2005 when the U.S. House of Representatives passed the " United Nations

Reform Act of 2005 " by a vote of 221 to 184. Congressman Ron Paul in his

column ( " NeoCon Global Government " ) for the week of June 13 stressed

that this bill " expanded the power of the United Nations beyond the

dreams of even the most ardent left-wing, one-world globalists. But this

time the UN power grabbers aren't European liberals; they are American

neo-conservatives, who plan to use the UN to implement their own brand

of world government....Specifically, the legislation redefines terrorism

very broadly for the UN's official purposes---and charges it to take

action on behalf of both governments and international organizations.

What does this mean? The official adoption of this definition by the

United Nations would have the effect of making resistance to any

government or any international organization an international crime. It

would make any attempt to overthrow a government an international causus

belli for UN military action....Any such activity would constitute

justification for United Nations action inside that country....What if

this were in place when the Contras were fighting against the Marxist

regime in Nicaragua?...This new policy is given teeth by creating a

'Peacebuilding Commission,' which will serve as the implementing force

for the internationalization of what were formerly internal affairs of

sovereign nations....This new commission will create the beginning of a

global UN army. It will claim the right to intervene in any conflict

anywhere on the globe, bringing the World Bank and the IMF formally into

the picture as well. It is a complete new world order, but undertaken

with the enthusiastic support of many of those who consider themselves
