Dear Group,

 

I have posted quite a few articles on Codex today. I have held up some

other posts temporarly. The reason is that the group is going to be

used as a vehicle mainly for a crusade against Codex.

 

We will post other things but today the subject is mainly Codex,

unless it is an emergency.

 

I do expect all members, except newbies, to take part in this action

against codex. If you feel that you cannot do that, I ask you to

please . If you can be here for all of the benefits, and do

not want to do any of the work, or be involved when we need you, maybe

it would be better if you found another place to seek information on

nutrition.

 

With that out of the way, I am asking each and every one of you to

please pass on each and every message about Codex to at least 4

others. Please add a sentence of your own at the bottom and ask the

recipients to please pass it on to others.

 

PLease repost to all groups that you belong to also.
