Guest guest
Come on Kat, spill the beans you have us ALL curious now, lol. Pretty please?????? ^BB^ Debra (aka Fae/candelrose) http://LandOfTheEnchanted.com Enchanted Herbals/Enchanted Workshop Bath & Body/Dolls & Toys ********************************************* " Disce quasi semper victurus; vive quasi cras moriturus " [Learn as if you were going to live forever; live as if you were going to die tomorrow.] Well, er, uh, hmm, it's a sex question and I don't want to offend anyone and be banned for life. Probably more offensive is the fact that I'm old and want to ask this question!!! What are my chances of ever meeting anyone on this list in real life? Guest guest
Hi Kat, I did use the flax seed before but, well, lets just say I found it uncomfortable ;-) I bought the extra virgin olive oil, Im sure it wasnt rancid, its just the taste. Maybe I will try a different brand of it to see if it makes any difference. Should have thought of that myself, Thanks Carole >>>I wouldn't use the corn oil or sunflower oil. If you don't like the flaxseed oil, instead try the flaxseeds themselves - cold milled or grinding them youself - they can be sprinkled over anything you're eating. They add a bit of a crunch but not really any flavor to speak of. The olive oil may have been rancid. Be sure it doesn't smell bad before you use it. I would also only use extra virgin olive oil.
