Guest guest
Dear Group, I forgot to add that we also point out things that can cause bad health such as side effects of allopathy, Big Pharma, Big Agriculture, Big Medicine, toxic chemicals from Big Chemical, bad foods, bad water, malnourished crop lands that makes malnourished people, commercial misinformation, government misinformation, fake foods, so called " food parts " , special interests, mutinational companies, poisons in our environment, unnatural Frankenfoods, dead industrialized foods, imbalances of power and influence, corruption, propaganda from Major Media and the money machine and sleazy politics that drive it all. You may not see the connections between all of those areas but they are there and more. The concept of natural healing is very simple really. Stop putting poisons into your body. Put natural healing stuff in. The body heals itself when it has what it needs to do so. People in natural " primative cultures " with good access to good natural foods, water and air do so and live most of their long lives disease free. Learning how to rethink health is important. Unlearning all the misinformation and propaganda aquired in your lifetime is important. Learning about vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, etc. is important. Learning about helpers like accupuncture, herbs, homeopathy, etc. is important. Learning about your own unique body and health conditions is important. Learning about your own biologically unique nutritional needs is important. Learning how to discern what is probably truth and what is probably false and being able to judge research is important. Learning how to eat, sleep, meditate, live, take nutrients, center yourself, how to treat yourselves and others, etc. is important. Learning about the connectedness of all things in life, and how nothing happens in a vacuum. Learn how powerfull interests and governments want to keep you ignorant and why. Learning how to open your eyes and to think clearly is important. Of course everything else is a piece of cake. Frank
