Guest guest
I wouldn't use the corn oil or sunflower oil. If you don't like the flaxseed oil, instead try the flaxseeds themselves - cold milled or grinding them youself - they can be sprinkled over anything you're eating. They add a bit of a crunch but not really any flavor to speak of. The olive oil may have been rancid. Be sure it doesn't smell bad before you use it. I would also only use extra virgin olive oil. I have got a bottle of flax oil which I mixed with grapeseed to try and disguise the taste, as I planned tot ake that but its so horrible Im not taking any, and I dont eat fish either (makes me feel sick) . I tried olive oil for mushroom sauteeing but it tasted awful, so just use corn oil or sunflower instead for those. Im starting to take omega oils now though to see if that helps any. > > will look into yoga too. > > Carole > > >>>What about oils and fats? > > Yoga isn't just relaxation; it's a form of exercise that can work where more > rhythmic, vigorous movements are too strenuous.
