Guest guest
What about oils and fats? Yoga isn't just relaxation; it's a form of exercise that can work where more rhythmic, vigorous movements are too strenuous. Many yoga poses open and benefit the heart area. What are you eating?<< Im attempting to learn relaxation from a book the pain clinic told me to buy, when they eventually let me join their programme (after some surgery Im listed for and specialists apps) they will teach me more, I think they do biofeedback and other stuff. I eat mostly fruit, veg and grains, drink bottled water, plain grain " coffee " and rooibos tea. Havent done caffeine for thirty years now. Ive recently added some chicken to increase protein and occasionally have a lean beef burger to maintain iron. Ive tried elimination diets etc and avoid milk and potatoes because I think they may affect me. Also do some juicing of carrots etc. Carole

Guest guest
Thanks Michael, I will look into that and give it a go. Carole >>>I have had heart arrhythmia all my life- " skipped beats " I used to call them. What has worked most excellently and without side effects is Hawthorne berries. I used to buy the capsules; then found that buying whole berries in bulk was cheaper. I make a tea with a small handful. Michael
